Since our jewellery is handmade, please allow 2–5 working days for processing before dispatch. Delivery time depends on your shipping location. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns for custom or personalised items. See our Returns Policy for full details.
