📦 Returns Policy
We accept returns only in the following cases:

Once we review your request and approve it, we’ll provide return instructions. Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging.

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
📦 Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate when placing an order.

Each item is carefully handmade, and small variations in colour, shape, or texture are natural. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.
